1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AllPDFTools ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AllPDFTools is operated by MIXECON LTD (Registration No. HE458412), a company incorporated in Cyprus with its registered office at Voukourestiou, 25, NEPTUNE HOUSE, 1st floor, Flat/Office 11, Zakaki, 3045, Limassol, Cyprus.


AllPDFTools provides web-based PDF processing tools including but not limited to: merging, splitting, compressing, converting, rotating, watermarking, protecting, and editing PDF documents. The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go credits model.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

    • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, process, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission
  • Process files containing malware or malicious code

    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy.

    5. Intellectual Property

    The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AllPDFTools and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.


    You retain all rights to the files you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.

    6. Payment Terms

    AllPDFTools operates on a pay-as-you-go credits model. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per operation. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.


    Credits: Purchased credits do not expire. Credits are non-refundable once consumed for a completed operation.


    Refunds: Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting [email protected]. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.


    Price Changes: We reserve the right to change credit prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.


    All payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of MIXECON LTD (Registration No. HE458412), Limassol, Cyprus.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllPDFTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.


    Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    8. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

    9. Privacy

    Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information and files.

    10. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.


    Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, by sending an email to registered users. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
